Chapter 412 - State Militia
NRS 412.277 - Limitations on confinement.


NV Rev Stat § 412.277 (2013) What's This?

No member of the state military forces may be placed in confinement in immediate association with:

1. An enemy prisoner; or

2. A person who is a citizen of a country other than the United States and who is not a member of the Armed Forces of the United States.
