NRS 412.194 - Absence without leave: Discharge.
NV Rev Stat § 412.194 (2013) What's This?
When an enlisted person of the Nevada National Guard absents himself or herself without leave and there is reason to believe that he or she does not intend to return, he or she may be discharged in accordance with Office regulations.
