NRS 412.158 - Applicability of chapter to warrant officers.
NV Rev Stat § 412.158 (2013) What's This?
The provisions of this chapter relating to commissioned officers apply to warrant officers, except that warrant officers who have been absent without leave may be discharged as prescribed by applicable federal laws and regulations and Office regulations.
