NRS 412.072 - Organization of Office.
NV Rev Stat § 412.072 (2013) What's This?
The Adjutant General shall organize and reorganize the Office as necessary to the accomplishment of its functions and duties. Such organization or reorganization must be approved by the Governor before it is carried out.
