NRS 403.530 - Partial payments.
NV Rev Stat § 403.530 (2013) What's This?
The board of county highway commissioners shall have power to make partial payments upon all contracts let by virtue of this chapter, not to exceed 75 percent of the work done, when the same shall be certified by the county road supervisor as properly performed.
