Chapter 398 - Intercollegiate Athletics
NRS 398.408 - Athlete s agent defined.
Athlete s agent means a natural person who enters into a contract of agency with a student athlete or, directly or indirectly, recruits or solicits a student athlete to enter into such a contract. The term includes a natural person who represents to the public that he or she is an athlete s agent. The term does not include a spouse, parent, sibling, grandparent or guardian of the student athlete or a natural person acting solely on behalf of a professional sports team or sports organization.
