NRS 393.327 - Manner of making exchanges.
NV Rev Stat § 393.327 (2013) What's This?
Every exchange with an individual, partnership or corporation must be made in the manner provided in NRS 393.326 to 393.3293, inclusive. Exchanges with public agencies and Indian tribes must be made in the manner provided in NRS 277.050.
