NV Rev Stat § 393.100 (2013) What's This?

The board of trustees of a school district shall keep the public school buildings, teacherages, dormitories, dining halls, gymnasiums, stadiums and all other buildings in its charge in such repair as is necessary for the comfort and health of pupils and teachers.
