Chapter 393 - School Property
NRS 393.0714 - Grant of use without charge to public agencies for holding examinations to select personnel and to general public for use of school libraries.


NV Rev Stat § 393.0714 (2013) What's This?

The board of trustees of any school district may grant the use of school buildings, grounds and equipment without charge to:

1. Public agencies for the purpose of holding examinations for the selection of personnel.

2. The general public for use of school libraries within the school district pursuant to NRS 393.07105.
