NRS 393.030 - Property held by board of trustees as corporation.


NV Rev Stat § 393.030 (2013) What's This?

All property which is now vested in or which shall hereafter be transferred to the board of trustees of a school district for the use of schools in the school district shall be held by the board of trustees as a corporation.
