NRS 385.092 - Nonprofit corporation for educational enhancement and recognition: Nature.


NV Rev Stat § 385.092 (2013) What's This?

1. The nonprofit corporation, upon its formation, is:

(a) A body corporate and politic; and

(b) A political subdivision of this state.

2. The activities of this corporation are hereby determined to be public in nature.
