NRS 350.632 - Payment of principal, interest and premium when due without further order.
NV Rev Stat § 350.632 (2013) What's This?
The principal of, the interest on and any prior redemption premium due in connection with any municipal securities shall be paid as the same become due in accordance with the terms of the securities and any ordinances and other proceedings appertaining to their issuance, without any warrant or further order or other preliminaries.
