NRS 350.135 - Financial adviser defined.
NV Rev Stat § 350.135 (2013) What's This?
Financial adviser means a financial consulting firm whose employees have experience in advising municipalities relating to the issuance of debt instruments, and which, except for its consulting relationship with the municipality, is not under the control of the municipality.
