NRS 349.200 - State defined.
NV Rev Stat § 349.200 (2013) What's This?
State means the State of Nevada, or any board, department or other agency or instrumentality thereof. Where the context so indicates, State means the geographical area comprising the State of Nevada. State does not include the Nevada rural housing authority.
