NRS 271.255 - Computation of time.


NV Rev Stat § 271.255 (2013) What's This?

For the purpose of computing any period of time prescribed herein, including but not limited to publications, the day of the first publication, other act or designated time shall be excluded, and the day of the last publication, other act or designated time shall be included.
