Chapter 1A - Judicial Retirement
NRS 1A.550 - Dependent parent defined.


NV Rev Stat § 1A.550 (2013) What's This?

Dependent parent means the surviving parent of a deceased member of the Judicial Retirement Plan who was dependent upon the deceased member for at least 50 percent of his or her support for at least 6 months immediately preceding the death of the deceased member.
