Chapter 1A - Judicial Retirement
NRS 1A.540 - Child defined.


NV Rev Stat § 1A.540 (2013) What's This?

Child means an unmarried person under 18 years of age who is the issue or legally adopted child of a deceased member of the Judicial Retirement Plan. As used in this section, issue means the progeny or biological offspring of the deceased member.
