NRS 1A.320 - Service credit: Commencement; termination.


NV Rev Stat § 1A.320 (2013) What's This?

Service credit for a member of the Judicial Retirement Plan begins on the day the member s term of office begins and terminates on the day the term of office expires, unless sooner terminated on the day of the member s death, resignation or removal from office.
