Chapter 1A - Judicial Retirement
NRS 1A.070 - Service defined. [Effective through December 31, 2014, and after that date unless the provisions of Senate Joint Resolution No. 14 (2011) are approved and ratified by the voters at the 2014 General Election.]
Service means all creditable employment which is validated pursuant to the provisions of this chapter and can be used in determining eligibility and scope of benefits for justices of the Supreme Court, district judges, justices of the peace or municipal judges pursuant to the Judicial Retirement Plan.
