NRS 1A.040 - Disability retirement allowance defined. [Effective through December 31, 2014, and after that date unless the provisions of Senate Joint Resolution No. 14 (2011) are approved and ratified by the voters at the 2014 General Election.]

Disability retirement allowance means monthly payments from the Judicial Retirement Fund paid to persons with disabilities who are retired justices of the Supreme Court, district judges, justices of the peace or municipal judges pursuant to the Judicial Retirement Plan.
