NRS 17.400 - Uniformity of interpretation.
NV Rev Stat § 17.400 (2013) What's This?
NRS 17.330 to 17.400, inclusive, shall be so interpreted and construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law of those states which enact it.
