NRS 17.050 - Affidavit to accompany summons.
NV Rev Stat § 17.050 (2013) What's This?
The summons shall be accompanied by an affidavit of the plaintiff or the plaintiff s agent, representative or attorney, that the judgment, or some part thereof, remains unsatisfied, and shall specify the amount due thereon.
