NV Rev Stat § 163.4167 (2013) What's This?
The provisions of NRS 163.414 to 163.419, inclusive, do not abrogate or limit any principle or rule of the common law, unless the common law principle or rule is inconsistent with the provisions of NRS 163.414 to 163.419, inclusive.
