NRS 132.035 - Acknowledgment defined.


NV Rev Stat § 132.035 (2013) What's This?

Acknowledgment means a declaration that an instrument has been executed for the purposes stated therein and, if the instrument was executed in a representative capacity, that the instrument was signed with proper authority and executed as the act of the person represented and identified therein.
