Chapter 127 - Adoption of Children and Adults
NRS 127.180 - Appeals from orders, judgments or decrees. [Effective through December 31, 2014, and after that date unless the provisions of Senate Joint Resolution No. 14 (2011) are approved and ratified by the voters at the 2014 General Election.]

Any person against whom any order, judgment or decree is made or who is affected thereby may appeal to the Supreme Court from any order, judgment or decree of the district court made under the provisions of this chapter, in the same manner as in other civil proceedings.

NRS 127.180 Appeals from orders, judgments or decrees. [Effective January 1, 2015, if the provisions of Senate Joint Resolution No. 14 (2011) are approved and ratified by the voters at the 2014 General Election.] Any person against whom any order, judgment or decree is made or who is affected thereby may appeal to the appellate court of competent jurisdiction pursuant to the rules fixed by the Supreme Court pursuant to Section 4 of Article 6 of the Nevada Constitution from any order, judgment or decree of the district court made under the provisions of this chapter, in the same manner as in other civil proceedings.
