NRS 125C.155 - Expedited hearing to issue temporary order. [Effective through December 31, 2013.]
NV Rev Stat § 125C.155 (2013) What's This?
If a custody or visitation order has not been issued and a parent s deployment is imminent, the court shall, upon a motion of either parent, hold an expedited hearing for the purpose of issuing a temporary order establishing the custody and visitation arrangement in accordance with NRS 125C.100 to 125C.185, inclusive.
