NRS 125C.0663 - Testimony by electronic means. [Effective January 1, 2014.]


NV Rev Stat § 125C.0663 (2013) What's This?

In a proceeding brought under NRS 125C.0659 to 125C.0677, inclusive, a party or witness who is not reasonably available to appear personally may appear and provide testimony and present evidence by electronic means unless the court finds good cause to require a personal appearance.
