Chapter 119A - Time Shares
NRS 119A.035 - Branch office defined.


NV Rev Stat § 119A.035 (2013) What's This?

Branch office means an office operated by a real estate broker who is licensed pursuant to chapter 645 of NRS, separate from the principal location of the real estate broker, for the purpose of engaging in the business of selling or reselling time shares.
