NRS 118B.240 - Controversies may be submitted for arbitration.
NV Rev Stat § 118B.240 (2013) What's This?
The landlord and the tenant may agree that any controversy relating to any matter arising under this chapter or under a rental agreement may be submitted for arbitration.
