NRS 118B.1833 - Certified appraiser: Qualifications.


NV Rev Stat § 118B.1833 (2013) What's This?

To qualify as a certified appraiser, a person must possess a professional certification as an appraiser issued by:

1. The National Society of Appraiser Specialists, including, without limitation, a Board Certified Manufactured Housing Valuation designation; or

2. Any other organization approved by the Division.
