NRS 704.721 - Filing of tariff on date of conversion.
NV Rev Stat § 704.721 (2011) What's This?
On the date of initial conversion, the public utility shall file with the Commission a tariff which sets forth the adjustment in the rates authorized as a result of the conversion.
