NRS 689B.510 - Carrier authorized to modify coverage for insurance product under certain circumstances.
NV Rev Stat § 689B.510 (2011) What's This?
A carrier may modify the health insurance coverage for a product offered pursuant to a group health plan by the carrier at the time of renewal of such coverage if the modification is consistent with the provisions of this chapter.
