NRS 677.830 - Making loan or purchasing contract in violation of chapter.
NV Rev Stat § 677.830 (2011) What's This?
A director, officer or employee of a licensee who concurs in any vote or act by which it is intended to make a loan or purchase a contract in violation of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor.
