NRS 677.480 - Order of Commissioner directing discontinuance of unsafe or injurious practice.


NV Rev Stat § 677.480 (2011) What's This?

If it appears to the Commissioner any company is conducting business in an unsafe or injurious manner, he or she may by written order direct the discontinuance of any unsafe or injurious practices.
