Chapter 645 - Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons
NRS 645.070 - Real Estate Commission: Oaths of members.


NV Rev Stat § 645.070 (2011) What's This?

Each member of the Commission shall, before entering upon the duties of his or her office:

1. Take the constitutional oath of office; and

2. In addition, make oath that the member is legally qualified under the provisions of this chapter to serve as a member of the Commission.
