NRS 637B.120 - Meetings; quorum.


NV Rev Stat § 637B.120 (2011) What's This?

1. The Board shall meet at least annually and may meet at other times on the call of the President or a majority of its members.

2. A majority of the Board constitutes a quorum to transact all business.
