NRS 630A.600 - Penalty for practicing without license or certificate.
NV Rev Stat § 630A.600 (2011) What's This?
Except as otherwise provided in NRS 629.091, a person who practices homeopathic medicine without a license or certificate issued pursuant to this chapter is guilty of a category D felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130.
