NV Rev Stat § 554.240 (2011) What's This?

Any person, or any officer, agent or employee of any corporation, who shall export, or who shall assist in exporting, as a principal or accessory, any agricultural commodity forbidden to be exported by any proclamation of quarantine shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
