NRS 5.078 - Violation of terms and conditions.
NV Rev Stat § 5.078 (2011) What's This?
If it is determined that the convicted person violated any term or condition of the convicted person s residential confinement, the sentence may be rescinded, modified or continued. If it is rescinded, another punishment authorized by law must be imposed.
