NRS 5.0755 - Residential confinement defined.
NV Rev Stat § 5.0755 (2011) What's This?
As used in NRS 5.0755 to 5.078, inclusive, residential confinement means the confinement of a person convicted of a misdemeanor to the person s place of residence under the terms and conditions established by the sentencing court.
