NRS 433.334 - Contract with general hospital or other institution for care of consumers.
NV Rev Stat § 433.334 (2011) What's This?
The Division may, by contract with general hospitals or other institutions having adequate facilities in the State of Nevada, provide for inpatient care of consumers with mental illness or mental retardation and consumers with related conditions.
