NRS 432A.210 - Injunctive relief.


NV Rev Stat § 432A.210 (2011) What's This?

1. Except as provided in subsection 1 of NRS 432A.131, the Health Division may bring an action in the name of the State to enjoin any person, state or local government unit or agency thereof from operating or maintaining any child care facility:

(a) Without first obtaining a license therefor; or

(b) After his or her license has been revoked or suspended by the Health Division.

2. It is sufficient in such an action to allege that the defendant did, on a certain date and in a certain place, operate and maintain the facility without a license.
