NRS 427A.745 - Prosecution by district attorney.
NV Rev Stat § 427A.745 (2011) What's This?
The district attorney of the county in which an intermediary service organization operates shall, upon application by the Division, institute and conduct the prosecution of any action for violation of any provision of NRS 427A.701 to 427A.745, inclusive.
