NRS 422A.545 - Period for action on application for benefits.


NV Rev Stat § 422A.545 (2011) What's This?

Within 45 days after an applicant for benefits submits an application to the Division, the Division shall:

1. Approve the application and begin providing benefits to the applicant; or

2. Deny benefits to the applicant.
