NRS 386.5125 - Employment and qualifications of staff.
NV Rev Stat § 386.5125 (2011) What's This?
The State Public Charter School Authority may employ such persons as it deems necessary to carry out the provisions of NRS 386.490 to 386.610, inclusive. The staff employed by the State Public Charter School Authority must be qualified to carry out the daily responsibilities of sponsoring charter schools in accordance with the provisions of NRS 386.490 to 386.610, inclusive.
