NRS 283.410 - Judgment: Pronouncement; entry and assignment of cause of removal.


NV Rev Stat § 283.410 (2011) What's This?

Upon a conviction the court shall immediately, or at such time as it appoints, pronounce judgment that the defendant be removed from office. To warrant a removal, the judgment shall be entered upon the minutes, and the cause of removal shall be assigned therein.
