NRS 283.380 - Conviction on plea of guilty or refusal to answer; trial on denial of matters charged.


NV Rev Stat § 283.380 (2011) What's This?

If the defendant pleads guilty, or refuses to answer the accusation, the court shall render judgment of conviction against the defendant. If the defendant denies the matters charged, the court shall immediately, or at such time as it appoints, try the accusation.
