NRS 281A.050 - Candidate defined.


NV Rev Stat § 281A.050 (2011) What's This?

Candidate means any person:

1. Who files a declaration of candidacy;

2. Who files an acceptance of candidacy; or

3. Whose name appears on an official ballot at any election.
