NRS 277.071 - Borrowing local government defined.


NV Rev Stat § 277.071 (2011) What's This?

Borrowing local government means a local government authorized to borrow money and become obligated to repay it which:

1. Borrows money from an issuer; or

2. Leases or enters into an arrangement for an installment purchase with a facility financed by an issuer.
