NRS 266.348 - Recovering cost of collection.
NV Rev Stat § 266.348 (2011) What's This?
A telephone company that collects the surcharge imposed pursuant to NRS 266.344 is entitled to retain an amount of the surcharge collected which is equal to the cost of collecting the surcharge.
